Camellia japonica 'Lady Campbell' () is a member of the Theaceae family. This evergreen shrub exhibits a bushy growth habit and is characterized by its evergreen foliage. It has a hardiness rating of hardy – cold winter (-15 to -10ºc) – hardy through most of the UK even in severe winters. May not withstand open or exposed sites or central / northerly locations. Many evergreens suffer foliage damage and plants in pots will be at increased risk.
When fully mature, Camellia japonica 'Lady Campbell' can reach an ultimate height of 1.5–2.5 metres and a spread of 1.5–2.5 metres. For optimal growth, it prefers north–facing, east–facing, west–facing aspect and sheltered exposure. It thrives best in clay, loam, sand soil types and should be placed in a full shade, partial shade position.
